We established “Life in Glory” ACC during 1996 in Stara Zagora city, which is situated in the central part of South Bulgaria. It is one of the large cities in Bulgaria, with contemporary industrial development. The territory in which we are serving is Lozenets region, which has a multiethnic population, including Bulgarians, Gypsies and Turkish people, but predominantly Gypsies. Lozenets region is a thickly inhabited and marginalized region, having a population of about 22 000 – 24 000 inhabitants. The birth-rate and the death-rate among this population are very high. The region is geographically, ethnically and culturally segregated from society. The existing geographic, ethnical and cultural barriers are preventing the population from a successful integration into society.
According to the Bulgarian standards, Lozenets region is like a city within the city, since an average city in Bulgaria has a population of between 5 000 and 10 000 people. From the beginning of the establishment of the Church, our main focus has been to bring change and transformation in the ethnic minorities and specifically in the Gypsy ethnicity, while at the same time we have been open to minister to all needy people, regardless of their social background, ethnicity or culture. We believe that our ministry has a calling to change the mentality of the Gypsy ethnicity through preaching of the Gospel and establishment of the Christian values and way of life into the population. This on its part will bring change in education, culture and social status of the gypsies and will assist in their integration in society. In a national aspect our ministry is strategically positioned to be a voice of transformation for the Gypsies and society as a whole.
LIFE IN GLORY ACC. The model and structure of “Life in Glory” ACC is a cell group one. Cells are led by trained by the senior pastor presbyters, whose function is to take a good care of each person individually. The presbyters are working with each person to identify their dominant gifts and talents, to encourage and correct, to challenge people to improve their ethics and discipline and to create a healthy environment for counseling and training, so each person can feel valued and accepted. Also, our Church has extensive activities in several areas, including: planting of new Churches in other regions, work among the youth, children’s ministry where we care for 120 children, and social work among the community in the region //www.lifeinglory.org//.
ROMA DESTINY MINISTRY. Key principles in roma Destiny ministry is the developing of relationships: Father-Son relationships – spiritual fatherhood is what gives identity to the sons. “Life in Glory” ACC, committed to the fulfillment of the Roma Destiny vision, is focused to give its spiritual identity to other ministries in the different regions of the country. The Ministries, which will connect to us as spiritual sons, will be responsible and accountable, with the purpose of analyzing how successful are they in their calling and how they can be even more successful in the future. Our focus will not be their failures, since we believe that failure is just a springboard towards something better. 
Partnership relationships - Partnership is an important factor in the “Roma Destiny” vision, so we can influence society in our nation. We believe there are leaders who have already discerned their identity, mandate, calling and vision. They have invested in their regions and have helped for the development of God’s Kingdom. For us it is a privilege to work with such leaders, knowing that the Body of Christ consists of different parts, through which God is revealing the uniqueness of the Spirit  -  „Ministries are different, but the Spirit is the same” (І Corinthians 12:4).
The Roma Destiny ministry is also open to work with public leaders and non government organizations. The main purpose of this work would be to help the raising of the young gypsy generation on a new spiritual, educational and social level. Roma Destiny ministry believes that this will help the development of the gypsy spiritual and public intelligence, which can become the bridge towards the integration of the gypsies into society.
An important part in Roma Destiny is also the “Carmil” intercessory prayer network, which is to activate the process of change in the gypsy community //more information//
CARMIL NETWORK. I believe the intercessory ministry is a key factor for the establishment of God’s Kingdom on the earth. God will not do anything, but what the saints speak in prayer. Prayer is the spiritual fuel, driving the Church towards the fulfillment of God’s purposes. In order that the Roma Destiny vision be successfully fulfilled, we want to establish a National intercessory network, which is to unite the saints in prayer and intercession.
The establishment of the “Carmil” National intercessory network is not only a component from the “Roma Destiny” vision, but also its main generator, without which the vision can not be fulfilled. That’s why in our relationships with other churches, be they a Father-Son or a partnership relationship, the main connection between us will be developed on the basis of the active involvement of these churches in the National intercessory network //more information//.
ROMA DESTINY NATIONAL MEDIA. During 2006 we established Roma Destiny National Media, with the purpose of disclosing the beauty of each cultural group, the gypsy ethnicity in particular. As Christians, we believe that the Lord has created each ethnicity on the face of the Earth with a destiny, so it can realize itself and help for the development of humanity as a whole. YOUTH INITIATIVES. The Roma Destiny Youth movement has as its purpose to reach the young gypsy generation and unite it towards the social transformation of the gypsy community; to equip the youth in a spiritual and educational aspect; to organize different public projects and to assist for the organizing of different meetings, in which the young people would be able to find themselves.

WORK AMONG CHILDREN. The church is taking a very good care of these 120 children from the region, most of whom belong to unbelieving parents. We are training them, advising them and additionally teaching them, which is helping them in their school education. Many of the children accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior. They study the Bible and learn how to pray and live according to Chrstian values. The Church also provides every Sunday a free cooked food to these children. SOCIAL HELP. Our social activities include periodically helping socially weak families from the region, with humanitarian goods such as food, clothes, shoes, medicine and school materials for their children. Life in Glory ACC also works with orphans and street kids, prisoners who have just got out of prison and need help for their integrating into society again. Until this moment we have started four new churches as well, in other regions – Tvarditsa, Galabovo, Dalboki and Bourgas, which are in the beginning stages right now. PUBLISHING ACTIVITY. Our ministry also has a publishing arm – “In depth”, working towards the publishing of materials with an evangelistic purpose, as well as educational materials for adults and children, connected with the Foundations of Christianity, prayer and intercession, praise and worship and God’s dynamics in the now.
